A piece of support attached to a reconciliation as a temporary document may automatically roll forward if that account reconciliation is system reconciled in the subsequent period.
If that attachment is truly unnecessary or irrelevant in that next period, the Preparer can remove the automatic sign-off from the System Reconciliation and go into the reconciliation to make any changes, including removing an attachment.
