There's so much great data in ART! Are there any reports I can generate?

Yes!!!   There are many standard reports available in ART!


Go to Reports > Standard Reports to see the list of reports available (see SS A)


SS A:


The list of available Standard Reports will be displayed (see SS B).  Click on the Report to be generated.  NOTE:  Some of these reports are not accessible to every user role.


SS B:


Exception Reports:


The Unusual Balances Report will display accounts with balances that are atypical (i.e. Asset accounts with credit balances, etc.).  Choose from the parameters available and select Run Report.


The Open Items Report will display all open exception items including the account they're associated with, the workflow status for the reconciliation and the number of days old.  Choose from the parameters available and select Run Report.


The Exception Status Report will display a high level view of unexplained variances, delinquent accounts and write offs/ons by account.  Choose from the parameters available and select Run Report.


The Delinquent Accounts Report will display accounts that are past the due date, the # of days late and the # of delinquent accounts per user.  Choose from the parameters available and select Run Report.


The Flux Exception Report will display a high level view of unexplained variances and delinquencies by account.  Choose from the parameters available and select Run Report.


The SOD Violation Report will display accounts that violate segregation of duties at the preparer/reviewer and approver levels.  Choose from the parameters available and select Run Report.


Status Reports:


The Account Status Report will display the reconciliation status of each account. Choose from the parameters available and select Run Report.


The Certification Tracking Report will display the status of certification by user by period (up to 2 levels).  Choose from the parameters available and select Run Report.


The Reconciliation Status Count by Role/User Report will display the reconciliation status count by Role/User.  Choose from the parameters available and select Run Report.


The Completion Date Report will display the completion dates for the accounts.   Choose from the parameters available and select Run Report.


The Review Note Report will display the review notes for the accounts.  Choose from the parameters available and select Run Report.


The Task Completion Report will display the completion dates for tasks.  This report is not available to Preparers.  Choose from the parameters available and select Run Report.


The Completion Status by Organizational Hierarchy Report will display the completion status by Organizational Hierarchy. Choose form the parameters available and select Run Report.


The Flux Completion Date Report will display the completion dates for flux.  Choose from the parameters available and select Run Report.


Account Reports:


The Account Ownership Report will display account ownership by count and % of total accounts.  Choose from the parameters available and select Run Report.


The Unassigned Accounts Report will show accounts that do not have a preparer and reviewer and/or approver assigned to them.  Choose from the parameters available and select Run Report.


The Incomplete Account Attribute Report will show all accounts with incomplete attributes loaded in the current period. Choose from the parameters available and select Run Report.


The Account Quality Score Report shows accounts with their related score.  Choose from the parameters available and select Run Report or Export to Excel and Email.


The New Account Report will show accounts with their creation period.  Choose from the parameters available and select Run Report.


The Account Attribute/Ownership Change Report will show account attribute/ownership changes.  Choose from the parameters available and select Run Report.
