What is the difference between Signed and Archived Reports?

Modified on Mon, Dec 7, 2020 at 11:31 AM

When running standard reports, in addition to signing off on the report, a user will also be able to archive the reports.  Signed and archived reports work as follows:

  • Signed Reports - When a user signs off on reports, they go into the Signed Reports section where they can be viewed by the user.  If the audit role configuration is set to enable 'View Report  Activity', then users with the audit role will also be able to view those signed reports.
  • Archived Reports - When a user archives reports, they go into the Archived Reports section where they can be viewed by the user.  Archived reports are for personal use only as they are only accessible by the user who archived the report.
