As a System Administrator, you have the ability to set view capabilities for your auditors.
Once you create the user account for the auditor, add the role of Audit to the user by going to that User's Profile and selecting the role of 'Audit' from the list of Available Roles and click on the 'Selected' button to move that role to that user's list of Selected Roles.
Then go to System Control > Role Configuration to set the options for the Auditor. Reconciliations can be given access to Auditors based on a specific time period by choosing the option "View periods only in range" and selecting the range of periods or by giving access to all reconciled accounts in any open or closed period.
Other restrictions can be set to make it so that the auditor cannot see the review notes, Quality Score, report activity or the Reconciliation Control Checklist, Flux Analysis Activity or Variance Analysis as you deem necessary.
Click 'Save' to save these settings.
