Error Message: File size is zero or more than maximum allowed file size.
The most common reason that ART does not allow uploading of an attachment is due to file size. Maximum allowable file size is 15MBs per file. If your file exceeds 15Mbs, then break your file into two or more files and upload them separately.
It's possible that your maximum file size in ART is currently set to less than 15Mbs. Contact your System Administrator to check.
Attention System Administrators: You can check the maximum file size allowance in System Control > System Wide Settings. You can set the maximum file size to 15Mbs.
Error Message: File name is too long. Maximum allowed length is 150 characters.
It's also possible that the file path exceeds 150 characters. Considering shortening the file name and folder path (i.e., move to desktop) and try again.
Error Message: Data storage capacity limit exceeded. Only #Mb out of ## Mbs left.
Finally, it's possible that your ART site may have exceeded overall storage limits. Contact your System Administrator to request more storage.
