How to attach a document to a reconciled account

Once an account reconciliation is all the way through the workflow and completed with a status of 'Reconciled' or 'System Reconciled', it's essentially locked down and no changes can be made.


If something needs to be changed or added to the reconciliation, a System Admin must 'reopen' it. Once the recon is re-opened, changes can be made, documents can be attached, etc.  It will need to go through the workflow again to be re-completed.
