If your password has been reset yet you do not receive your password within a few minutes, this could be due to one or more of the following reasons:
#1: The password reset email is in spam folder of your mailbox
Check spam/junk folder for the reset email. Email comes from SkyStem Admin.
#2: IT firewall has blocked SkyStem email addresses.
Contact your IT department to ensure SkyStem email addresses are not blocked by IT.
#3: Your email address is set up incorrectly in ART.
